NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr K R Jones for consent to discharge 1.8 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage effluent to groundwater via a soakaway at National Grid Ref SO 49960 32070, from Bower Cottage, Wrigglesbrook, Kingsthorne, Hereford HR2 8AN.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 1 April 2005, quoting Ref SE/CUST/MS/AN0381601.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the above address.
