Notice is hereby given by Mark Jeremy Orton and Myles Anthony Halley, of KPMG LLP, 2 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DL, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Shenley Merchant Sales Limited, whose registered office is 45 Church Street, Birmingham B3 2DL, is to be held at the Willen Suite, Novotel Milton Keynes, Saxon Street, Layburn Court, Heelands, Milton Keynes MK13 7RA, on 28 February 2005, at 11.00 am. The Meeting is an initial Creditors’ Meeting under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 at the Meeting, Creditors must give, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of their claim.
