Property: The property being land and buildings on the west side of Beacon Road, Chatham, except and reserving the part delineated and coloured (red) on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under Ref BV2014693/3/DPS, which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor, being part of the land comprised in and demised by the above-mentioned Title.
