HIGHWAY AT STATION WAY (PART)/IPSLEY STREET (PART), TOWN CENTRE, REDDITCH
The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highway (County of Worcestershire) (No 2) Order 2005”, authorising the stopping-up of a highway at Station Way (Part)/Ipsley Street (Part), Town Centre, Redditch. The Order, as made, will authorise the stopping-up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Redditch Borough Council on 16 August 2002, under Ref 2001/213. Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands at the offices of the Director, Northern Division, 5 St Philip’s Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW (quoting Ref 5058/35/1/71), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Alcester Street, Redditch. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 26 January 2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provisions contained therein. The footpath to Ipsley Street is to be removed.
