On 1 January 2005 all the activities of “National Kidney Foundation” an unincorporated association (“NKF”) will be taken over by “National Kidney Federation”, a Company limited by guarantee with registered number 5272349 and a charity registered under number 1106735 and from that date all contracts, undertakings and activities will be the sole responsibility of the Company limited by guarantee and any authority of any former agents of NKF is terminated. The relevant date will be the effective date of the transfer of the assets and liabilities from the unincorporated charity to the incorporated charity.
