In the Croydon County Court  No 554 of 1991 PHILIP IBBS Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtor are required, on or before 31 January 2005, to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their claims to Peter O’Hara of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley WF17 9EJ, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the said individual. If any Creditor fails to prove their debt by the above date, they will be excluded from any distribution made before their debts are proved. No further notice will be sent by the Trustee.
