STAKIS 1988 PENSION SCHEME
IN WIND UP

This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Hilton Group plc, Stakis Limited and all other employers listed above. The Stakis 1988 Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced wind up with effect from 31 December 2003. If you were or are an employee of any of the above Companies, and are a Member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, a widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact Stakis 1988 Pension Scheme, Hymans Robertson Consulting, Finsbury Tower, 103-105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8LZ. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write no later than 24 February 2005. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its Members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 24 February 2005 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you. If you have received a statement of your benefits under the Scheme or correspondence from the Trustees in recent months you do not need to write to the above address as the Trustees already have full details about your entitlements.
