A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of transacting the following business to approve the liquidator’s proposed final receipts and payments account, to approve the recovery of the cost of services provided by the Liquidator’s firm at commercial rates, receiving the Liquidator’s report of the conduct of the liquidation and determining whether the Liquidator should be granted his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Aireside House, 24-26 Aire Street, Leeds LS1 4HT, on 29 December 2004, at 11.30 am. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Chamberlain & Co., Aireside House, 24-26 Aire Street, Leeds LS1 4HT, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
