Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at Farringdon Place, 20 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3AP, on 23 December 2004, at 11.30 am, for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that they may consider necessary.
