NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF AN EXISTING LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that P J Clarke, of Kingcup Farm, Willetts Lane, Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 4HE, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from Chalk Underground Strata at National Grid Ref TO 03658515, at Kingcup Farm, Willetts Lane, Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 4HE. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 20 cubic metres per hour, 400 cubic metres per day, 7,500 cubic metres per year, between May and September each year. The water will be used for the irrigation of horticultural crops. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Kingcup Farm, Willetts Lane, Denham, between 20 November 2004 and 20 December 2004. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, St Albans Road West, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9EX, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
