NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that The Panoramic Management Co. Ltd, of 11 Grafton Street, London W1S 4EW, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial No 28/39/39/139 which authorises the abstraction of water from chalk via 2 No boreholes at National Grid Refs TQ 2997 7827 and TQ 2997 7823 respectively, on the map at 152 Grosvenor Road, London SW1V 3JL. The variation being applied for is to change the licensee from Benchmark (Rivermill) Ltd. to The Panoramic Management Co. Ltd. and to renew the higher quantities for water abstraction licence 28/39/39/139, which expires on 31 December 2004. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Panoramic, 152 Grosvenor Road, London SW1V 3JL, between 11 November 2004 and 11 December 2004. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Team Leader Water Resources, Thames Region, North East Area, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square Business Park, St Albans Road West, Hatfield AL10 9EX, before the end of he said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
