THE BEXLEY (ALBANY PARK) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 3) TRAFFIC ORDER 2004

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley, on 8 November 2004, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

The (Albany Park) (Parking Places) (Amendment No 3) Traffic Order 2004.

2. The general effect of the Bexley (Albany Park) (Parking Places) (Amendment No 3) Traffic Order 2004, would be to further amend the Bexley (Albany Park) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2000 so that:

two resident’s bays are introduced in Kimberley Drive, Sidcup

3. A copy of the Order, the Bexley (Albany Park) (Parking Places) (and the Orders which have amended that Order); the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a map which indicates the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in the Information Centre, London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB.
4. A copy of the Order, the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, and of a map which indicates the lengths of roads to which the Order relates, can be inspected for a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order, in The Central Library, Reference Library 1st Floor, Townley Road, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7HJ, during the normal opening times of the Library.

6. Copies of the Order may be purchased from Traffic and Parking Design Group, 2nd Floor, Wyncham House, 207 Longlands Road, Sidcup, Kent DA15 7JH.
7. Persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been compiled with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the day on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
