THE CAMDEN (DEDICATED PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 24 ORDER 2004

Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 1 November 2004 made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as previously published in The London Gazette on 25 June 2004. The general effect of the (Dedicated Permit) Order will be to convert the existing resident parking space into a new dedicated parking places outside No 74 Harmood Street and to provide that the vehicle which may be left in that parking place shall be that displaying a valid permit issued by this Council. Also to revoke dedicated bays (021, Lyndhurst Gardens; 032, Rousden Street; 072, Priory Road) and convert them to residents parking places. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 15 November 2004 and of the Camden (Disabled Persons) (Dedicated Permit Parking Places) (No 1) (Special Parking Area) Order 1999, and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Reception, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wanting to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement or Instrument made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
