Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Combined Annual and Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of Eliteworks Limited will be held at 65 St Edmund’s Church Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1EF, on 20 October 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
