Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Bridge House, Heap Bridge, Bury BL9 7HT, on 3 November 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, Bridge House, Heap Bridge, Bury, Lancashire BL9 7HT, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting.
