HIGHWAY STOPPING-UP ORDER—LAND ADJACENT TO WESTBERE HOUSE, SHOLDEN GARDENS, ST MARY CRAY
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Bromley (“the Council”), hereby give notice that they have made an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of an area of highway at land adjacent to Westbere House, Sholden Gardens, St Mary Cray, Orpington. The Order has been made to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Downland Affinity Housing Group by the London Borough of Bromley on 1 June 2004, under Ref DC/03/02092/FULL1. Copies of the Order may be inspected and obtained, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the offices of the London Borough of Bromley, Main Enquiry Desk, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof or any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the provisions of the above Act or of any Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 2 September 2004, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
