ETCHELLS MACHINERY LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN (1972)

SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Etchells Machinery Ltd Retirement Benefits Plan (1972) (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Conway Belwell Williams (Forensic Consultancy) Ltd, Portman House, 5-7 Temple Row West, Birmingham B2 5NY, on or before 31 October 2004. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims, whether formal or not, of which the Trustees then have notice and shall not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing in accordance with this notice. If you are in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or have already received an announcement to Members from the Trustees, you need not respond to this notice.
