In the High Court  No 6190 of 2003 ALAN DOBSON Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend payable to the unsecured Creditors who have proved in the Bankruptcy proceedings. I hereby invite all Creditors (who have not already done so) to prove their debts and, pursuant to Rule 11.2(2) of the said Rules, would advise that proofs of debt may be lodged with me, at Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, up to 17 September 2004 (the last day for proving).
