Notice is given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Nottingham Watson, 12 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham B3 1RB, on 14 September 2004 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
