WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991, SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Portford Homes, Waterside, Wetherby Grange Park, Boston Road, Wetherby LS22 5NB, for consent to discharge 30 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent from Plots 1-40, Scarthingwell Park, Barkston Ash, Tadcaster, into a soakaway at National Grid Ref SE 4919 3690.
Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4GZ, for the attention of Mr P Baker, quoting Ref 27/20/0124, not later than 17 September 2004.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the local Environment Agency office at Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4GZ, on weekdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm up to 17 September 2004.
