AF PINKERTON AND PARTNERS

We, being formerly all the Partners of the business trading in Partnership under the name “AF Pinkerton and Partners” whose principal place of business was Blackbirds Farm, Aldenham, Hertfordshire (“the Partnership”) hereby give notice that the Partnership was dissolved by agreement between the Partners with effect from close of business 30 April 2004.
