(t/a The Garrick Wine Bar) Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gerald Edelman Business Recovery, Kent House, Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PP, on Thursday 12 August 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes menitoned in section 106 of the said Act. Any Member or Creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend instead of himself. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
