NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Camel Valley Poultry Ltd, (in Administration) of Trevilla Park, Camelford, Cornwall PL32 9UB, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from Shale Strata, at National Grid Ref 211430/86250, at Slaughterbridge, Camelford, Cornwall. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 3.75 cubic metres per hour, 90 cubic metres per day 31,000 cubic metres per year, between January and December each year. The water will be used for Poultry Processing. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Grant Thornton, 43 Queen Square, Bristol, between 1 July 2004 and 31 July 2004. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, South West Region (Cornwall Area), Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1EB, before the end of the said period.
