At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Rock and Fountain Hotel, Clydach, Abergavenny, Gwent NP7 0LL, on Friday 4 June 2004, at 1.30 pm, the following Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that Peter O’Duffy, of 9 Woodhill Road, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7EU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” P Marriner, Director
