At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Court Room, The Guild of Air Pilots & Air Navigators, Cobham House, 9 Warwick Road, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5DJ, on 28 May 2004, at 2.45 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively: “That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Malcolm Peter Fillmore and Ms Ranjit Bajjon, of Benedict Mackenzie, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up and may act jointly or severally.” A Curtis, Chairman
