NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT A MINERALS LOCAL PLAN
DEVON COUNTY MINERALS LOCAL PLAN

Devon County Council proposes to adopt this plan with final modifications that in the view of the County Council do not materially affect the content of the plan. Copies of the plan, a list of those modifications to be included in the Adopted Plan, and the summary of consultation response to the Modifications Document 2 (and Corrigenda and Addenda, are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours, until Friday 25 June 2004, at the main planning office of Devon County Council, Lucombe House, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter EX2 4QW.
