No 1849 of 2004 In the Matter of HILTON GOLD & DIAMOND CENTRE (The Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Hilton Gold & Diamond Centre, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 82 High Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1DT, presented on 17 March 2004 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Room 2.09, Companies Court, Thomas More Building, the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 June 2004, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 8 June 2004.
