Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at RSM Robson Rhodes LLP, St George House, 40 Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3DQ, on 22 June 2004, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators, showing how the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to RSM Robson Rhodes LLP, St George House, 40 Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3DQ, by not later than 12.00 noon on 21 June 2004.
