FUNDRAISING REALISATIONS 1998 LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of HKM Harlow Khandhia Mistry, The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE, on 1 June 2004, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release. Any Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and such proxy need not also be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
