At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 60 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, on 6 April 2004, the subjoined Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Nigel Hamilton-Smith and Michael Young, of Vantis Business Recovery, Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” A G Berry, Chairman
