Statement by General Partner
Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 19 March 2004, Abbey National Treasury Services Overseas Holdings transferred to the persons set out below part of the interest held by it in Hutton Collins Mezzanine Partners LP (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 8072, represented by the capital contributions set against each of their respective names below, and that with effect from that date such persons each became a Limited Partner in the Partnership:
