Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of DCI Mechanical Services Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Kroll, 5th Floor, Airedale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP, on 17 May 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
