This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Staffordshire Tableware Limited and the other Companies set out above. The Staffordshire Tableware Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) is being wound up. If you were or are an employee of one of the above Companies, and a Member of the Scheme or one of the pension schemes listed above, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of The Staffordshire Tableware Pension Scheme c/o Mr S Sharif, Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 2HL. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 11 June 2004. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its Members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 11 June 2004 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you. If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received a statement of your benefits under the Scheme in the last 12 months, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
