In the High Court of Justice  No 2933 of 1999 OLIVER EDMUND ALLARDICE SCOTT (Formerly in Bankruptcy) Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named individual are required on or before 14 May 2004, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned of Begbies Traynor, 32 Cornhill, London EC3V 3LJ, the Trustee of the individual; and if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee either personally or by his Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and default thereof, they will be excluded from any distribution made before such debts are proven. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months of 14 May 2004, the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in, the First and Final Dividend.
