Pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Liquidator intends to make a First and Final distribution to Creditors of the above-named Company and that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 28 April 2004, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Mark N Ranson of Horwath Clark Whitehill (Yorkshire) LLP, North Lane House, 9 b North Lane, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3HG, the Liquidator of the Company.
