Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at KLSA, Klaco House, 28-30 St John’s Square, London EC1M 4DN, on 28 April 2004, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy neet not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
