In the Halifax County Court  No 81 of 2003 GARETH EDWARD TURNER Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named individual intends paying a First Interim Dividend to unsecured Creditors within the period of 4 months from 25 March 2004. The Creditors of the individual are required, on or before 23 April 2004, to submit their proofs of debt to Rob Sadler, of Begbies Traynor, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, the Trustee of the Debtor and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary.
