NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Quality Catering Equipment Hire (MG) Limited (No 03228125) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 1 October 2002, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by the lease dated 19 August 1997 and made between (1) Romulus Construction Limited and (2) the Company, situated at 11 Beadon Road, Hammersmith, London W6, the vesting of the premises having come to her notice on 17 March 2003.
