STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY AT INGS LANE, BEAL
Take notice that North Yorkshire County Council, being the highway authority for the county of North Yorkshire, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court for the Petty Sessional Division of Selby sitting at The Court House, New Lane, Selby, North Yorkshire YO8 4QW, on 6 May 2004, at 3.00 pm, for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, to authorise the stopping-up of part of the highway at Ings Lane, Beal in the district of Selby, on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan showing the proposed area of highway to be stopped up, together with details of the proposal, has been deposited at Room 17D, County Hall, Northallerton and at Kellington Post Office, Main Street, Kellington, Goole DN14 0NH, and may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours.
