At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 29 January 2004, the following subjoined Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian William Kings, Insolvency Practitioner, of Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” S D A Price, Chairman
