At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at St Catherine’s House, 2 Kingsway, London WC2B 6HA, on 28 January 2004, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that Andrew White, of Baker Tilly, International House, Queens Road, Brighton BN1 3XE, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator under section 91 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes of such winding-up.” J Selzer, Chairman
