NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58

Advance notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Bromley intends to carry out substantial road works for maintenance purposes during the quarter April to June 2004. The streets in which these works will take place, the extent, type of works and anticipated commencement dates are listed below:

Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described above without the consent of the London Borough of Bromley which shall not unreasonably be withheld.
