At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, on 9 January 2004, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that S T Bennett, of Berg Kaprow Lewis, 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, be appointed Liquidator, for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator is entitled to draw down his fees on a time cost basis and expenses quarterly.” J T R Roberts, Chairman
