Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Wesley Gate, 70 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AP, on 9 February 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up. A form of proxy for use at the Meeting, if desired, is available and should be lodged with the Liquidator not later than 12.00 noon of the business day before the Meeting.
