NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
On 12 December 2003 the London Borough of Hounslow adopted these proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form the development plan for the area of the London Borough of Hounslow. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting the area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the Hounslow Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN, Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 4.45 pm; Hounslow Library, Treaty Centre, Hounslow; Bedfont Library, Staines Road, Bedfont Brentford Library, Boston Manor Road, Brentford; Chiswick Library, Dukes Avenue, Chiswick; Cranford Library, Bath Road, Cranford; Feltham Library, 210 The Centre, High Street, Feltham; Hanworth Library, 2-12 Hampton Road West, Hanworth; Heston Library, New Heston Road, Heston; Isleworth Library, Twickenham Road, Isleworth; Osterley Library, St Mary’s Crescent, Osterley; On 19 December 2003 to 30 January 2004. The Document will also be available on the Council’s website, www.hounslow.gov.uk The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within, 6 weeks from 19 December 2003, make application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
