Notice is hereby given that John Paul Bateman, of KPMG Corporate Recovery, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent ST1 5TA, was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy, with effect from 16 April 2003, together with Stephen Treharne by the Secretary of State. The Bankruptcy Order is dated 2 September 1998. Notice is also given that all Creditors of Mr Atherton are hereby invited to prove their debts by sending full details of their claims to me at KPMG Corporate Recovery, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent ST1 5TA, by close of business on 17 December 2003.
