THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (CHARGE FOR DOCTOR PARKING PERMITS) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2003
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and
Fulham propose to make an Order to be entitled The Hammersmith and Fulham (Charge
for Doctor Parking Permits) (Amendment No 1) Order 2003; under sections, 6, 45, 46,
49 and 124, of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as
amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991.
2. The general effect of the Order would be as follows:
The permit charge in respect of a Doctor Parking Place will be £100 for permits expiring
at the end of 12 months running from the beginning of the month in which it first
became valid.
3. A copy of the proposed Order and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making
the Order may be inspected at the address given below during normal office hours until
the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
4. Any person desiring to object to any or all of the proposed Order should send
a statement in writing of the objection and the grounds on which it is made not later
than the last day of the 21 day objection period specified in paragraph 6 above to:
Traffic Group, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith
W6 9JU.
