A Meeting of the contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving their report on the administration to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB, on 8 January 2004, at 11.00 am.
