THE CAMDEN (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (REVOCATION) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden, on 21 October 2003, made the above-mentioned Order under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, so as to reproduce and continue in force indefinitely the provisions contained within The Camden (Prescribed Route) (Revocation) Experimental Traffic Order 2002/No. 89 the details of which have been previously published in The London Gazette on 13 December 2002. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to revoke the existing on-way traffic flow in Herband Street, between Bernard Street and Guildford Street and revert this to two-way traffic flow. A copy of the Order which will come into force on 3 November 2003, and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, may be inspected/purchased during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Department reception, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street WC1H 8EQ. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that a requirement of any such enabling act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the prupose to the High Court.
