THE HOUNSLOW (BUS LANE) (1997, NO 1) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 200
HOUNSLOW TOWN CENTRE, NEW LINK ROAD

1. The Council of the London Borough of Hounslow hereby gives notice that it proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Bus Lane Amendment Order would be to alter the hours and days of operation of the bus lane on the unnamed link road between Bath Road and Lampton Road, Hounslow so that it operates at all times throughout the week instead of between 7.00 am and 10.00 am and 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays. 3. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order of 1997, of the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of a plan depicting the length of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published in the Street Management and Public Protection Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Street Management and Public Protection Department, telephone No 0208 583 4858. 5. Any Person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Head of Street Management and Public Protection, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN, quoting Ref TP/DN/899, within the afore-mentioned period of 21 days.
